I practise Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy for individuals suffering emotional distress, and issues may include; depression, anxiety, fatigue, low self esteem/self worth, loss, identity issues, relationship problems, attachment issues, co-dependency, abuse, anger, addictions, eating disorders, self harm and stress.

Emotional disturbance or ‘mental illness’ is often a very natural and understandable reaction to some very difficult life experiences.  Seeking therapeutic support is a courageous step to take, and can help you to make sense of these experiences and feel better about yourself.

Whatever the issue, you will always be treated with warmth and non judgmental respect, and we will work together, at your own pace, to explore the current issues and consider the roots of the problem.
